You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights or permissions for any copyrighted material you upload. ViolinistToolbelt is not responsible for any copyright infringement arising from User Content you submit.

ViolinistToolbelt does not warrant that any of the materials on ViolinistToolbelt are accurate, complete, or current. ViolinistToolbelt may make changes to the materials contained on ViolinistToolbelt at any time without notice.
Subscription Plan: ViolinistToolbelt offers a 12-month auto-renewing subscription plan at the price displayed in the App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You will be charged the renewal fee within 24 hours before your renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings (App Store or Google Play account). Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Once cancelled, access to premium features will end at the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy: Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of your respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). For refund requests, contact the app store directly. Refunds are generally not available for subscription renewals or services already rendered, except as required by applicable law or app store policy.
Payment Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize ViolinistToolbelt and your app store to charge your payment method for the subscription cost, including taxes where applicable.
Free Trial or Promotional Periods: Any free trial or promotional offer must be claimed within the specified timeframe. Unused promotional credits expire at the end of the trial period. Subscriptions resume at the standard rate unless cancelled before the trial ends.
ViolinistToolbelt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, the service, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
ViolinistToolbelt has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ViolinistToolbelt of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
ViolinistToolbelt may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ViolinistToolbelt shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Missouri. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
