Accompaniment Creator

To Start - What You Need

Violinist Toolbelt works on both iPhone/iPad and Android devices. Device: iPhone or iPad running iOS 16 or later, or Android phone or tablet running Android 8.0 or later — any device from 2018 or newer will work great. Storage: about 50–100 MB of free space on your device. Internet: a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is needed to sign in, load sheet music, and access the lesson library — some content may stay available after it's been loaded. Account: subscribe for $7.95 + tax/year to unlock the Subscriber version. That's it — no special equipment needed. Just your device, your violin, and a little curiosity. 🎻

Score scanning is powered by Audiveris, an open-source Optical Music Recognition engine distributed under the AGPL v3 license.

Score playback audio uses the FluidR3 soundfont by Frank Wen, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License.
